⌚️ watchOS 10 Could be a Big Deal

While iOS 17 still isn’t expected to be anything crazy, the next Apple Watch update might be!

🔐 iOS 16.4 Had More Than Just New Features..

This week we saw iOS 16.4 get released with many new features, but it also included a ton of security patches!

• WebKit, Camera, iCloud, etc all impacted. Luckily no “actively exploited” bugs this time, though.

😴 iOS 16.5 Beta 1 Dropped

..and it’s pretty boring tbh. Here’s what stood out to me:

• “Hey Siri, Screen Record”

  • You can now record your screen hands free. You can stop it with your voice also.

• “Sports” tab in the ‘Apple News’ app

  • The layout is cool but I’d honestly rather go to ESPN or Bleacher Report for Sports news/scores

🎉 WWDC 2023 is Official!

Timothy & crew will be giving us a first look at iOS 17, macOS 14, tvOS 17, watchOS 10 and more at the 2023 Worldwide Developers Conference on June 5-9 @ 1pm EST.

We’re hearing the Mixed Reality Headset might drop, but we’re also hearing it might not. Who knows. I can honestly see the M3 MacBook Air dropping also..especially after the M2 Air got announced last WWDC.

🤔 More iPhone 15 Leaks & Notable News!

Here’s what stood out to me this week:

• iPhone 15 Pro might get “Action Button” like Apple Watch Ultra

  • This would be awesome but …idk what I would use a side button for on an iPhone. Flashlight? To run Shortcuts? Activate Focus Modes?

  • I get it for the Apple Watch but not really for the iPhone. Guess we'll see..

  • You’ll be able to change the sensibility of the the “button” in Settings, so it’ll work fine with cases/gloves.

• iPhone 15 Pro Volume Buttons will work when phone is off

  • This.. I just don’t get. I mean it’s cool that they work, but why?

• Periscope Camera Lens Exclusive to iPhone 15 Pro Max Will Be Supplied by Largan

  • Apparently this will lens will cost Apple about $4 to make

• 2024 MacBook Air to get OLED Screen?

• New Steve Jobs Book ‘Make Something Wonderful’ Coming 4-11

  • A new e-book drops in a couple weeks with a curated collection of Steve Jobs speeches, interviews and more.
